We are the Association of McGill Academic Staff of Continuing Studies. We were certified as a union on December 31st, 2024. When we were certified, we joined COFAM (the confederation of faculty associations at McGill) as the 4th certified faculty unions at McGill. Now, as of the end of 2026, there are 7 certified faculty unions (AMPL (law), AMPE (education), AMPFA (arts), AMASCS (continuing studies), AMLAS (librarians), AMPS (science), and AMPM (music). AMNAS (nursing) is still being contested by McGill.
